How long does it take to ship my order?

Please allow 4 to 7 business days for your order to process and ship. All orders are shipped priority via USPS.

What is your exchange/return policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your purchase within 7 business days from the date of delivery

Items used, damaged or altered cannot be returned

Any shipping or duty fees are nonrefundable

Organized Barber will not be responsible for shipping charges to return the item.

To start a return please email organizedbarber@gmail.com with your order number and reason to return.

Once we receive your return and it is thoroughly inspected, we will process a refund of the purchase price paid (minus any original shipping cost).

The credit will be returned to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to process back to you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally.

How can I change or cancel my order?

If for any reason you need to change or cancel your order please email organizedbarber@gmail.com with your order number. We will be glad to make any changes or cancellations if the order has not shipped. If the order has shipped you will still be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Does Organized Barber offer wholesale?

How do I receive my tracking info?

Once the order has been placed, you will receive an email with your confirmation number. Once your order has been SHIPPED, you will receive another email with your tracking info. Please allow 24 to 48 hours to see movement on your tracking info.
